Not receiving text messages

Transfer complete on number from O2 to sky. Can't send messages but cannot receive any. Number is right on the phone (checked in about phone, android) 

Tried rebooting etc, nothing....any ideas please?

A replacement sim that will come with your transferred number could well fix this:
