Not received my ipads

I ordered two iPads on the 16,12,25 for Christmas and I haven't received them. I'm being told the packages are being held at a dpd warehouse in Peterborough. I've called sky four times and still no further

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Have Sky said why they are stuck at the warehouse and if not have you asked them to find out.
