Not given an estimated delivery date
I made and order yesterday and o was not given an estimated delivery date

As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.
After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
(Next day delivery can’t really be guaranteed although the website might suggest that quick a turnover is possible).
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Thank you. As I have the conformation order and it just says item waiting for dispatch but not received any tracking number

When you placed the order there would have been an estimated delivery time shown. If it says it is awaiting dispatch then hopefully that isn't to far away now.
