Not eligible to swap

I've had my phone now for 2 years on a 3 year contract with the swap24 but it's saying I'm not eligible for an upgrade does anybody know if it's after the final payment of the 2 year or before that

Hi @Hannah226  you should be able to upgrade now if you want to but the swap value may not fully cover what's owed if you haven't quite reached the 24 months. Give sky a call on 150 and they will help with the upgrade if you can't get it done online.

it may be worth trying again after you pay the 24th payment.

i contacted the virtual assistant thing and they said i could just order a new phone and then send this one back but i dont know how to get the return label

@Hannah226 If Sky say you are not eligible for the swap then sending back your current phone is pointless, you will still be liable for the remaining balance on that phone plus the new phone if you decide to order one.
