Not able to make or receive calls/texts

I received confirmation by email yesterday that my number was 'up and running with Sky Mobile', however, it isn't - I still can't call or text. I've twice turned my phone on and off. Please can someone help

Hi @DH26  have you transferred to sky from a different network ? Has your old sim stopped working ?
