Not Registered on Network.

My sky mobile gives Not Registered on Network whenever I try to call. I've reset mobile settings, tried sim on other phone - same message. I've switched phone off and cleaned sim. Still getting this message.

If you are new to Sky have you activated the sim or has it been working up to now ?
