Not Refunded Data

I cashed in 50GB on 4 March 2026, towards a phone, the credit agreement was then rejected (always paid bills on time for 17 years).  I didn't get a refund, I had a chat with sky who said it would be resolved within 72 hours.  That was at least 2.5 weeks ago. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Im not sure how long it takes so if it had t been returned by this time next week you might want to fill in this form to register a complaint:

This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.
