Not Receiving OTP Text Messages

Hi 
I am not receiving the 6 digit OTP verification texts.  Have phoned Sky 4 times.   They sent me a new SIM but it didn't fix it.  

I have tried rebooting phone, turning airplane mode on/off, putting sim into an old phone, even getting text messages on the laptop.   I am getting "normal" texts and (bizarrely) the sky texts to verify a PAC code request.  

I am also getting the same issue with ebay's OTP too.  

Very frustrating.  I can see me having to move to a new provider to fix.  

Two complaints raised (because I believe I cancelled the first one after a sky verification text arrived after a call with Sky.   But the OTP couldn't be changed back to my number,so not fixed.

Well, there's been lots of discussion with the sky employee along the lines of: 

- turn airplane mode on for a minute then off, 

- check for a spam filter

- what's the make and model of your phone - do a device check.  

Desperate for a fix, I have turned off parental lock and my price cap.  Both were mentioned in previous posts on this subject.   I tried to manage my OTP again, tonight, but no OTP arrived at my phone.  But bizarrely, I found the two from the last attempt on Friday.   Wow!  I got no notifications for them, and they didn't arrive on Friday when I was looking for them.  

The chat with the sky employee has now dropped.   I will see if I  can pick it up again, but the chat bubble was open whenever I was logged on before and it isn't now.

Voice calls not working either - not ringing and going straight to answering service.

I was able to update the chat with the sky employee.    They would have seen it 9am this morning.  No reply to date, 2:30pm.

Fixed voice calls.  APN type = default. 

Tried an OTP and still not working, and not got the ones from yesterday either.

Having same problem so I cannot access my emails.  Very frustrating
