Not Receiving OTC Via Text

Another two hours on the phone yesterday to Sky trying to resolve why I am not OTC's via text. Continually lying to me saying there are no issues and then calling them out when I tell them it is a known issue across forums and the internet. Ironically, I am also unable to receive any texts from Sky ! So there isn't an issue ??? Being passed from pillar to post, redirecting me to the likes of "cancellations" when even the technical department can't resolve the issue or just don't want to. I have been unable to log onto my Microsoft emails for eights days now because Sky can't be bothered to fix a technical issue so that I can receive a OTC in order to carry out a two step authentication. I am ready to pull the plug on all Sky products and move elsewhere !

On Hold For 50 Minutes

Sky are an absolute joke ! Currently on hold for 50 minutes (ongoing) waiting to speak to the technical department. They are expecting me to hang up because they haven't a clue how to sort out my not receiving OTC issues ! Three days worth of phone calls and over two hours alone yesterday without any sort of resolution and lies along the way. I'm here all day if that's what it takes. Sort yourselves out Sky !!!!

I'm not sure if you realise this is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here. Hopefully you won't have to wait much longer.

Yes I am aware of that. I'm extremely frustrated with Sky and after 90 minutes I decided to hang up and try again. Currently an advisor is looking into it again for me.
