Non delivery of phone

I was supposed to receive a new phone on 3rd of December, it didn't arrive. dPD say it's lost and that Sky have to ask for it to be investigated. I've contacted Sky every day for the last 6 days and have no update at all. People on the phone aren't helpful and say there's nothing they can do? Has anyone else experienced this and, if yes, how was it resolved?

Im afraid it will probably take Sky longer than 6 days to investigate with DPD what has happened to your phone so you probably need to give it a few weeks at least.

Yes same happened with me I ordered 3 iPhones 2 are still pending and sky mob has no answers for my orders

I'm going through this at the moment, DPD lost the phone as it was never scanned back in at the depot, this was on the 25th November, I've been chasing them consistently since Saturday 29th November - they're process is absolutely shocking and having been with Sky for 25yrs I'm at the point of looking to cancel everything. 

They obviously have a huge issue with DPD and the delivery of there devices but it's the customer who has the headache of dealing with it all. 

I log a complaint via their online email service every couple of days if there has been no contact and as they're failing to keep me updated I will be taking the complaint further due to the lack of contact on their part.

My 2 phones were lost by DPD. I ordered them on the 2nd December and they still haven't been delivered. I am calling Sky every day and DPD as well, but they don't even respond. They just pass the time and don't care about their customers. Their service is pathetic
