No update on order for MacBook Neo

Hi, I ordered a silver MacBook Neo but I've not had any update on delivery or shipment.

As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

(Next day delivery can’t really be guaranteed although the website might suggest that quick a turnover is possible).

Apple have apparently underestimated the demand for Neo's.  It make be some time...

At least I know in advance. Fortunately, I have the mySky app on my phone so can check it every day and I have the DPD app so that will automatically update for me and I have plenty of ways to keep myself calm while waiting for it to arrive such as listening to classical music and journalling (I will be able to do it digitally on the MacBook once it arrives as I already use Apple's journal app anyway so I can seamlessly continue due to the iCloud keychain)

I ordered mine on the 21st of April, and it said 1-2 weeks delivery. I would be happy to hear when yours comes through. I will drop a message here if mine comes through sooner than suggested.
