No update on delivery

It's been over 3 weeks and I've had no update on my sky device delivery. I pay my first bill soon but have no device. My tracking says coming soon, and hasn't updated.

If it says "coming soon" then it will stay at this until it is ready to be dispatched which can't happen until the stock has come in from abroad. When it is dispatched this means it is on its way 

the courier who will then contact you with a one hour delivery window.

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

If it says it's coming soon i doubt an agent in the call centre will know anything more up to date but by all means call.
