How can I receive a text or call when my sims not working how can I report a fault when a code text can't reach me ..

if you can't call  then use Skys social media channels to contact them.

All good .. went to Spain on 19th and it hasn't came back on never changed over to roaming just stopped working

If this is an iPhone @Christine_D1  go to settings, mobile service, sim applications and toggle the setting there.

If android @Christine_D1 try this. 

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
