No sim

Had .my phone for 4 years and the last 2 weeks it keeps coming up no sim card, 8 times in 2 weeks, I have tried the networks setting 8 times and still keeps say no sim card, please can anyone help.its doing my head in

Hi @Susanscotland  sounds like you need a replacement sim. You can request one by calling sky on 150 from a sky sim or use the social media channels at the bottom of this page to contact them. They can no longer be ordered via your account.
