If there is a mast issue then it will be the responsibility of someone like O2 who owns it to carry out the repairs as Sky doesn't own or maintain any of them so until this happens you might struggle with a signal so in the meantime while you are at home is Wifi Calling an option on your phone as it might be if the device is from Sky.
