No signal or mobile internet since August!

Hi, I have a Samsung s23 ultra and at the end of August for some reason my phone started saying emergency calls only followed by no mobile internet. This is still happening! Except I do get signal for all of 30 seconds and then it drops again. I can't use my phone for texts/calls or internet when I'm out. Been in contact with sky again and again to be told no work happening in area and basically they don't know. So where does this leave me. My contract is up March.

Have you tried the SIM in another phone?

 

The phone may have a fault?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Unfortunately, I don't have another device to try it in. I did update my phone which seemed to improve it slightly but the internet is a no go. Even though it shows as 5g when connected.
