My samsung s25 never has a signal . Im constantly missing calls because the caller can not connect. Even at home with WiFi calling on they are not coming through . Just tried to return a call that went to voicemail and didn't ring even though phone was in my hand and cant return the call cause I have no network. But yet sky are saying I have a good strong 4g service. Can't seem to talk to anyone either
Are you able to try the sim in another phone to see if it then works ?
