No service or data

My phone service qas poor so yestersay sky gave me an e sim. Today no service and no data

 Called and after an hour and 5 advisors another e sim.

Service for 15 mins approx

Now no service or data again for 7 hours.

12 phones calls, network resets, flight mode, deleting of revoult e sim, 'mast issues, Hung up on 5 times as they 'transfered me' and i still have no service or data.
