I've just returned back to the uk after a week abroad in france. My phone didn't give me a welcome to the uk text as usual however I was still able to use my 4/5g as usual for about an hour from landing. My phone then lost signal/ no service since meaning I cannot use any data. I've reset my phone, I've turned on and off airoplane mode, I've done pretty much everything to try and resolve it. It briefly is picking up sky but with no data and going straight off again.

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

What phone do you have? There will be a setting somewhere.
