My transfer of existing number to Sky ESim was expected 27/09/23.
Unfortunately, it is now 1am 28th and I have no service . I cannot receive calls nor make them . As with messages on my I Phone 12 Pro.
I was informed of a seamless switch with my existing no. I am disabled with severe CIOPD/ EMPHYSEMA and alone . What should I do and I have also received amd email at 5.10pm 27/09/23 that my number has been transferred amd my Sky Monike is now in service . It did state that voice mail and some services may take up to 24 hours but I have no service at all . What I am supposed to do if an emergency occurs and I am unreachable. Please help
