No security code

Sky cannot send me the 6 digit security code.

i have checked my phone and nothing is blocked

i have tried obtaining the code online, whilst on the phone to Sky and whilst online chatting.

sky offer no solution to this and just keep trying to send them.

Is it an issue with me or with Sky?
I receive other otp and codes perfectly

Is this one they want to send to you when you talk to them or when you try to access your online account ?

The one when I try to change anything on my account.

Nothing comes to my phone.

tried resend many many times, but nothing. 
I do not have VPN enabled or blocked numbers.

i would change the number on my account to a different phone but ... to do that I need a 6 digit code.... alas

I'm having the same issue when using the 2 step verification to sign inot my email account.

Same here I've spoke to sky to try and get into my email account was only on it on Monday and I've got a email waiting that needs to be responded to by 5 today was on for 2 hours and got nowhere and to make things better they keep saying they would send me a text and I kept telling them I'm not receiving them😩
