I've just recently purchased and ipad pro and decided I should get a keyboard and pen with the ipad, well when they arrived I open the keyboard to find out it doesn't fit and doesn't connect because it's built for a different ipad so I've tried going to the page which shows what I've purchased but there's no option on the keyboard page to request a refund
