No outgoing calls

Just changed to sky mobile using same number and same network O2. I am now not able to make outgoing calls. Is this a common issue?

Has told you that your number has transfered, if they have is it correct on the phone's settings ?

It looks like it, yes. 
Interestingly, I can call my son and wife who are both on iPhones but no-one else.
