No network

My Sim card is no longer working, I want to order a new one! As I have no network i can't ring 150 to order it! And from what I have read you can't order one on line any more! Any advice please! This is my only way of calling. I have no landline

I have just checked and it does seem there are some issues in my area at the moment, very frustrating. I have no signal at all since last night.
