No mobile signal

Hi

 

I have had my phone for around 2 years. Around Christmas time it suddenly stopped picking up any signal.  I tried my SIM in different phones and it still was not picking up signal.  I have changed to an eSIM and have the same problem. I have been in contact a few times but never got to the bottom of the problem. I can only call or use internet through WIFI which is quite a problem when I am out.  When I have spoken with someone from Sky I have followed all the things to do but the last time the only option we got to was to send in my phone, and as the SIM doesnt seem to work in other phones I dont see this as a fix to the problem also leaving me with no phone at all?  Can anyone help or has anyone else had this problem.

Have you requested a replacement SIM?
Do other SIM cards work in he phone?
Do you still have an active account?
