Hello,
I updated my iPhone in the past five days, and since then, my SIM card hasn't been working. I have no service at all, regardless of location. I've tried all the suggested settings on the app, but nothing has worked. I also attempted to switch to an eSIM, but I can't receive the necessary verification code via text message, so that didn't work either. Additionally, I removed the SIM and put it into my partner's phone, thinking it might be an issue with my phone, but it still showed no service.

@DanielaKozma I'm exactly the same. Upgraded my iPhone last weekend and haven't had any service since. My sim doesnr even work back in my old phone. After about the 5th call to sky they have now decided its my new phone that's the problem! I'm awaiting delivery of another and see if that rectifies the problem.

@Archduchess It is truly annoying. I use this phone for work purposes and it will create a lot of trouble for me. Hopefully I can sort it with Sky tomorrow.
Do they think is the phone? I have the same phone I used for the last 2 years and I do not want an upgrade.

Sounds exactly the same as me. Can I ask which new phone you got please? Sky customer service said the network is down in my area. Children's phones are working perfectly & checking the network online it's full coverage. Either the phone or the new sky sim 😩. Been told to give it 48hrs.
