No mobile data

My monthly bill paid as I do every month but I have no mobile data for some reason, am I wrong in thinking my data should have kicked back in whe my bill was paid

Hi @Nessa24  it usually does so give it a few hours or a day and it should update.

Thank you 🙏 I give it a few more days , just little confused as my bill was paid on the 4th Feb so thought it might have kicked back in by now

@Mills2188  Are you the same person as @Nessa24  ? If it was due to rollover on the 4th February then it should have updated by now.

I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.

 

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
