If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

History to this? What data package are you on? Are you a new customer?

When did you become a Sky mobile customer? If recently then data will be pro rated until the next billing cycle which will give you the full allowance.

If not a new customer then have you checked your account to see how much data you have left & whether it has been used up?

none for me iether - all 6 of my sims did not have any connection on data at all and is still out

Sounds like a local mast issue - have you used the service checker?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Are they all Sky sims? If yes then is it possible to try a non Sky sim?
If this happens with a sim from a different provider then the phone may be at fault.
