I have been with Sky mobile for 11years. Today I called to see if I could get a better deal for the 3 Sims I have had with them. What a disappointment. I need customer would get better deals than a valued customer despite being on the phone to a dedicated team member. I've requested PAC codes for all 3 Sims. No advantage of staying with this company at all.

New customers are offered good discounts as an incentive to join. Most companies do this now. You probably took advantage of such a new customer deal when you first joined Sky.
If you can't negotiate an acceptable price for renewing then perhaps consider a move to an alternative provider.

Re: No loyalty rewards
Edit. It was meant to state a new customer. What is the advantage of being a loyal customer? Absolute disgrace

Re: No loyalty rewards
If you have been with Sky for a while with those sms then you might find it cheaper to move the numbers to a different network.

That's what I'm doing. It's disgusting though isn't it.
