No internet connection

Is there an issue with the network, unless I'm on WiFi I can't connect to anything?

For 2 days I've had no service on my phone. WIfI works fine but cannot make phone calls or texts or use mobile data. It says on my area they are doing maintenance but when my friend who is also on sky it does not work. Tried contacting sky with no prevail as of yet.

Mine goes off every other week now keeps saying problem with a mast in the area so irritating
