No eSIM verification code received

Not received the confirmation email to activate my ESIM now I've got no sim

Hi @YasmineSchmid  do you have a working sim ? If yes call sky on 150 if it's a sky sim or use the link below and scroll to need more help at the bottom to find a number to use from other networks.
