No data

My data has not renewed for this month, instead it said it will renew in 35 days so I have a month with no data ?? I have paid my bills and not changed anything. My phone only works when I'm in a house with WiFi on so it's not usable when I'm out

What date does your data usually reset on, it will be your billing date.

 

Donyou have any spare data in your piggybank you can roll to your device ?
