My husband and I both have sky

mobiles.
we arrived in France this morning. Mine is working my husbands isn't

we've tried all the online help guides but nothing works to get his phone to have a signal of cellular data

any idea please

You don't say what phone.

but if iPhone check SIM application and ensure roaming is not set to home.
