Hi @jac2151  using the my sky app, go to the mobile tab, tap on the sim in question, tap on manage sim, tap on manage settings, tap on change data plan, then either change to a new plan or scroll to the bottom to pay for a 1Gig data add on.

You can either login to your account on the MySky app  to increase your monthly data limit or you can make a one off data boost purchase via your account or online here:
