Looking for any help!
My daughters Sky Sim won't let her use Data or make any calls/receive any calls. We recently arrived back from the USA, and it is since then that this has happened.
I have followed the online troubleshooting with no avail. I try to 'manage' the sim by asking it to send the network settings, but nothing comes through?
Will i need to request a new sim?

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
