No connectivity on sky mobile
Iphone 15. With Sky since Feb 2025. Last week I realised I cannot make outgoing or receive calls. There is no connectivity. I do have wifi, emails and Whats App. on phone without problem.
Did Troubleshoot and eventually rang Sky - Troubleshoot again on their end. Cannot resolve my issue.
Other Sky mobile and Sky TV in house and they are ok. It's just seems to be my mobile.
I'm waiting since last Friday for Senior Sky Engineer to contact me which is now unacceptable as I have to have the other person's phone with me for Engineer to make conact with me.
Has this problem happened before with you.

Hi @NH25 have you tried your sim in another phone to see if the problem follows the sim ? Have sky suggested trying a replacement sim ?

Thank you for quick respone.
Phone has eSim which Sky were told last week.
In my opinion it must be eSim problem but will have to keep ringing Sky Technichal Team until this is sorted.

@NH25 There were a few reports of this last week, customers found deleting then reinstalling the esim worked.

Eventually got problem sorted this morning after making contact again with Sky even though their voice message is 'having technical problems, call back later'. This time I did not hang up and my call was answered within mintues.
Quick adjustment at their end and can now make & receive calls. I was so relieved I forgot to ask her what was the problem!
