No calls, texts, and Piggybank error

Having the same issue ,cant make calls or send texts and piggy bank lets me roll but doesn't show on each sim ,sky said its just me and not an issue for others ,been waiting 36 hours for an update via Facebook messenger as I cant call them as no calls going out ,come on sky ,sort this out otherwise il will move all 4 sims elsewhere!

I don't think your issue is exactly the same as others encountered on this thread as you can't make calls or send texts etc.

 

come on sky ,sort this out otherwise il will move all 4 sims elsewhere!

 

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers. I'm afraid threatening to change providers is pretty pointless here.

No mobile signal for 48 hours!

Had no mobile signal for 2 days,cant call out or reply to sms ,rang sky from the landline ,sky saying blah blah we have escalated the situation, no response back .not just my sim but all 4 in the house !
