Switched to sky SIM cards for my Galaxy S20 +5 and iPhone 11 from 02 and after numerous calls to sky and trying network reset etc still no joy.... any help would be much appreciated

No probs with network...they have been like this for over a week since I inserted them ......
ordered 2 new SIM cards ...looking at all other posts seems this may not work either
