No calls no texts

Its been nearly 2 weeks cant make calls no signal for texts. .when is my service going to be sorted .said today at 8 pm yet still no signal for calls or texts.

You aren’t actually contacting Sky by posting here as this is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. In case you aren't aware Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

My apologies I've clearly wrote on wrong chat. Was trying to discuss thw issue with sky bit won't let me as signal issues .will try calling them to discuss the issues with there services ..
