No caller ID on Motorola Edge 50 Pro since Android 16 Update

My incoming caller ID is not being presented. I have done all handset troubleshooting and eliminated the handset as root cause.

 

Please re-provision CLIP (Caller Line Identification Presentation) on my line and refresh the HLR profile.

 

No handset troubleshooting is required; this is a network provisioning issue

We're other customers so cannot do that.

 

Search the forum for possible help as I recall a number of posts on this.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

OK, so how DO I get a human to talk to? The chatbots they put up are enough to make me change provider! I'm out on my own here, the phone manufacturer is far to busy to answer emails or talk to me, the phone provider is likewise far to busy. I think I may just break out my old Nokia 6310i that was so simple it never went wrong!

Some people  report success on getting past the bot by not replying to any of their questions so staying silent.
