No box

I sent my phone for valuation for changing over to another contract phone. Posted my phone to you in its original box it came in. I have received my phone back in packaging without the box!

Hi @Jacilyn  this isn't sky CS here so no one knows what's happened to your box. I doubt now that even if you call sky they will be able to find a box that a phone was sent to them in.
