No availability abroad
I am totally furious, I'm on holiday alone, a solo traveller, I can't make any calls or use data, I spoke to someone yesterday who said they'll add 10gb of data on from piggy bank! I have elderly parents that I have to be able to contact, I have never had such awful service from a provider!!

Am i going to get this resolved? I'm having to sit spending money to stay on wifi, this is ridiculous

Hi @Aimee1981 have you enabled roaming and mobile data in your phone settings ? Have you set your monthly spend cap high enough to cover your stay ? Have you tried other local networks ? This isn't sky CS here, just customer helping customer and help isn't always instant.

Are you happy that you haven't reached any spend cap you've set? Can you try to link to any different networks you can find manually.
