No Tracking information

I ordered a iPhone air and when going on to get the tracking info it said action required do I called sky and she said there was a warehouse issue and that I had to re order the device but the second order is now doing the same thing and I have the confirmation emails for the device and just want to know if I will actually receive the device or not as now 2 iPhone airs are coming up on my account even though I have only technically ordered one as she said the other would be canceled can anyone help ?

Hi @BethanyM24  no one here can help as this isn't sky CS and no one here has access to your information. All you can do is keep an eye on your order status in your account for any updates or instructions.
