I didn't have sky data even after activating the roaming pack while in Austria and I called sky customer care from Austria and they have created an urgent ticket to restore the data network overseas, but instead of resolving the issue, they have done something wrong as I have lost my mobile network completely and it didn't even be activated when I am back to UK...Its an Urgent issue for us as I am totally not contactable and also can't call sky customer care w/o a network.
I was a very old customer of SKY including home broadband & TV, but this incident effected us very heavily and there is no chat option for chatting with the sky executive in this circumstances also as the Virtual assistance provides support for prevailing issues and I followed all the steps suggested like network reset switching on mobile etc etc...
