No Roaming or Network

Hi, 

 

I arrived in Canada yesterday and have had no service since arriving. I've followed all the advice from forums/sky website but nothing is working. My roaming passport plus hasn't turned on and I can't receive texts or calls even with WiFi. I need to access my phone number to receive a text to get into my bank account so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

There have been a few issues for customers in Canada over the last couple of months such as
