No Ring or text alert (Audio)

I have looked at ALL settings but for the last 4-5 days My phone has not rung (Audibly). The same goes for the text alert. Audio works fine when watching videos online, etc. When I go into Sounds and Haptics to check my ringtone it works when I choose a ringtone and plays fine. My phone has the Volume up full, is NOT on Airplane mode, and is not on Do not disturb. 

HELP!!!
