Hello, I live in Ashbourne Derbyshire and for about a week now there has been no phone coverage, I can't make calls or accept them. I don't no why. I am in need to make calls for repairs to my home but are unable too. Can you tell me what your doing please.

After checking the link provided by @63johnw it may disclose a nearby mast issue. Sky don't actually own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a repair by a third party.

As stated above Sky don't own or maintain any masts so you and others will be relying on a repair by a third party. Sky won't necessarily know how long it's likely to take.
