No Mobile Signal

I live in Sufolk and have no mobile signal at all and no 4G, anyone know what's happening?  I've been on the network map and it reads as 'good signal'  for my area, obviously this is not correct

Hi @Bluebird70  are you using the service checker rather than the coverage map ?
