No Internet on phone I just joined sky This is ridiculous

I need to be reinstalled on my phone no connection

Have you gone into your account online & sent the settings to your phone?
Have you reset the Network settings on your phone?

I've reset my network settings password 

But nothing as happened as of yet

There's no password involved other than for WiFi settings, it should reset the cellular settings to default as well.
Also go into your account online & send the apn settings to the phone.

If that fails you'll require a replacement sim.
