Hi, I am in Lanzarote and have had no issues so far with 4G or service here. I am using data roaming.
Today, I have had no service or 4G, despite paying for the data roaming. Is there any issues at the moment?

I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other. As customers I'm afraid we aren't going to know of any service issues in another country.
